Are items suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! All of our jewellery is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin if you are not allergic to the product’s listed materials.

Do you create custom pieces?

Shipping

How much does domestic shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all UK orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship worldwide from UK. However, we advise to contact one of our team members first to check in case there are specific restrictions.

How can I track my parcel

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you are located internationally, you may be able to track your parcel using the same tracking number on the website of your local postage service (eg. USPS orders shipped to the United States).

I haven't received my item?

Please check the tracking provided via email. You can then email us to investigate or open an investigation yourself with the carrier.

We kindly advise that after the item is dispatched, the carrier becomes the sole provider of any updates regarding the item's location.
