Processing Time All Lodorfo pieces are handcrafted to order in our UK studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

European Union
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £50 — delivered in 5–7 business days
- Orders under £50: Please contact us at info@lodorfo.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
United States

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your piece has been dispatched. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@lodorfo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
United States — Duties & Taxes For US customers, all product prices displayed include estimated import duties and taxes. No additional customs fees or duties will be charged upon delivery. We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning all customs clearance and duty payments are handled on your behalf.
European Union & International — Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped to the EU and other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authority upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
