How do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide using tracked courier services to ensure safe delivery. UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch, while international orders take 5-10 working days depending on destination. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships, and can monitor its progress every step of the way.
What is your production time?
As each piece is made to order, please allow 5-7 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods (such as holidays), production times may extend slightly. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us before returning to arrange collection or receive return instructions. Custom or personalised pieces are final sale.
