UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch, while international orders take 5-10 working days depending on destination. As each piece is made to order, please allow 5-7 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods (such as holidays), production times may extend slightly. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.

We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us before returning to arrange collection or receive return instructions. Custom or personalised pieces are final sale.
